Another house type.The same size with a different interior is a modelling fee. A different size is priced as a new walkthrough.
Estates and anything bigger.Several house types, an estate outdoors or anything past one house is priced as custom work. Prices in Brunei dollars; one Brunei dollar is one Singapore dollar.
