IAstudio · POS
Take the order, send it to the kitchen, watch stock go down, and close the day with the numbers already added up. It runs on the phones and tablets you already have, with a login for each person behind the counter.
If customers should also order and pay online, combine with Shopfront — any two plans together save B$100 on the build and B$15 a month.
A counter kitchen, across one trading day — take an order, feed the kitchen, count the day. Everything in it is in the plan. Click through and run a shift.
For a counter that also takes ordered work — a cake kitchen, a caterer — Operations sits on the POS and carries the quote, the deposit and what’s still owed.
| Option | Users | Build | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| OperationsQuotes on a link, deposits and staged payments recorded, a portal your customer signs into | +3 | B$450 | B$36 |
| Shopfront, combinedA real online store on the same stock as the till — one login, one bill | B$540 | B$49 |
POS + Operations is B$670 to build and B$68 a month, with two hours of support instead of one.
The phones and tablets you already have — it runs in the browser, and each device signs in as a member of staff. A receipt printer, scanner or cash drawer is a separate conversation, quoted at what it costs.
Not on POS alone. Add Shopfront and the two run on one stock and one bill: B$540 to build together, B$49 a month.
The till records how each order was paid — cash, card, transfer — and the day’s split is in the close. It does not talk to a card terminal; you take the card on your bank’s machine as you do now.
Two users are included, each with their own login and role. More are B$3.00 each a month.
Your orders, stock and customers are yours: exported and handed over within 14 days of asking. Nothing auto-renews, and a monthly plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Tell me what the business does and I’ll say whether this is the plan — or plainly that it isn’t. Usually in one message, usually the same day.
