B$550 builds the register and the check-in: every member on a plan with a start and an end, a price frozen the day they signed, and a front desk that types one field and gets one verdict. B$38 a month keeps it running, with hosting, two logins and up to an hour of changes.

A member register, with your plans as data: Every member, with their plan, their dates and what they paid. Your plans live in the system as data, so a new plan or a new price is a change, not a rebuild.
Terms with a start and an end: A membership is access over a period, not a slot someone books. Each term has a start and an end, and the price is frozen at sign-up, so a price change on your card never rewrites what an existing member pays.
Monthly allowances that reset: A plan that includes so many visits or sessions a month resets on the day it should, and cannot grant the same month twice.
Walk-in check-in: one field, one verdict: At the desk, type the member’s name or number and the screen says whether they can come in right now, and why not if they cannot. No scrolling through a spreadsheet with a queue at the door.
B$38 a month: hosting and an hour of changes: Hosting, two logins, and up to an hour a month of changes: a new plan, a price, a photo swapped. Unused time rolls over for three months; beyond it, work is B$35 an hour.
Your members are yours: Exported and handed over within 14 days of asking. Nothing auto-renews, and a monthly plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

How does check-in work?
One field at the front desk. Type the member’s name or number and the screen gives one verdict: in, or not, and why. It runs in the browser on the phone or tablet you already have at the desk.
Can members pay their fees online?
Not on this plan. You take the payment the way you do now and record it against the member; online payment of fees is not in this price.
Can members book classes?
Not on Membership alone. Add the Booking Site and members book their slots on the same login: B$800 to build together, B$51 a month.
Do my staff get their own login?
Two users are included, each with their own login. More are B$9.00 each a month, on any plan.
What happens if I stop?
Your members and their history are yours: exported and handed over within 14 days of asking. Nothing auto-renews, and a monthly plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
