A conversationTell me what the business does and where it hurts. Usually one message, usually the same day.
A written scope and a quoteWhat will be built, what it costs, and what is not included, before any deposit. If I do not understand the job yet, I say so rather than guess a number.
StagesEach stage is invoiced when you accept it, never ahead of the work. You can stop after any stage.
HandoverA written guide, the training your staff need, and my WhatsApp for the things that break. Your customers, orders and bookings are yours, exported within 14 days of asking.

What it costs

From B$2,000 build.Priced on the written scope, stage by stage. Prices in Brunei dollars; one Brunei dollar is one Singapore dollar.
From B$90 a month.Hosting, uptime and an hour of fixes and small changes for every module you take. Beyond that, B$35 an hour.
Nothing auto-renews.A term ends when it ends, and I have to come and ask you to continue.
If I am unavailable.The system stays deployed on your own domain, your data is exportable at any time, and a transfer of the code can be agreed separately, as the terms say.
