IAstudio · Booking Site
Appointments, classes, sessions and event dates. People see what’s free, pick a slot, and the booking reaches you on WhatsApp — with no double-booking, and a turnaround gap between jobs if you need one.
If you sell time — a chair, a session, a date, a crew — this is the plan. If you sell things over a counter, look at POS.
A wedding house in Brunei takes its bookings on this plan, against a three-a-day cap that is enforced in the database rather than in the browser, so two families on slow connections cannot both take the last slot. Behind the login: crew, run sheets and deposits, on the Operations Pro tier.
A hair studio. Pick a service and the calendar re-flows to that duration — a 2.5 hour colour visibly leaves fewer openings than a 45 minute cut. Click through and book one.
Two levels, and you pick at most one. Operations carries the paperwork around the booking; Operations Pro carries the day itself.
| Option | Users | Build | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| OperationsQuotes on a link, deposits and staged payments recorded, a portal your customer signs into | +3 | B$450 | B$36 |
| Operations ProEverything in Operations, plus crew with a double-booking warning, a printable run sheet, and what each job actually earned | +4 | B$700 | B$56 |
As a package: Booking Site + Operations is B$800 to build and B$64 a month; with Operations Pro, B$1,050 and B$84. Support rises to two and three hours a month respectively.
They can’t. Availability is enforced where the bookings are stored, not in the browser, so two people pressing Book at the same second cannot both take the last opening. A turnaround gap after each job is a setting, not a workaround.
Not on the Booking Site itself. Operations (B$450, B$36 a month on top) adds quotes, deposits and staged payments, recorded against the job with what’s still owed. You record the payment; I never touch the money.
Two users are included. More are B$3.00 each a month, on any plan.
Your services with their durations and prices, your opening hours, your photos, and the WhatsApp number the bookings should reach. I’ll ask rather than invent — an invented price on your own website is worse than a blank space.
Your bookings and customers are yours: exported and handed over within 14 days of asking. Nothing auto-renews, and a monthly plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Tell me what the business does and I’ll say whether this is the plan — or plainly that it isn’t. Usually in one message, usually the same day.
